Through early conditioning, most people get plugged into playing roles that create conflict. She has named them as Lover/Vamp, Creator/Martyr, Warrior/Conqueror, Visionary/Perfectionist and Prophet/Escapist. Most people are a combination of 2 or 3 of these.
