Industrialized food is cheap and yet is putting a great strain on the environment and our health. Ana Joanes has produced the film “Fresh” about the growing trend to buy in local farmer’s markets and support regional and seasonal food supplies. Farmers are getting better at providing quality produce and meat and this film helps us appreciate these opportunities.
