Monday Night Classes 7:30 to 9:00 PM
Living with emotions - Do you think emotions run your life? Can you really control them? What else can you know about your emotions to appreciate yourself better? What can we do with all that emotional energy?
These classes are open to all. Each class is $25 if you’ve pre-registered. If not, the cost is $30. To pre-register either send an email or call the office at least a day ahead of time at (212) 222-7748. Classes are held at 2672 Broadway at 102nd Street, 2nd floor. The #1 train stops at 102nd and Broadway.
